20 years experience in the industry – I wrote and passed the Board exam in 2001 which qualified one to be a Principal Estate Agent. Holding NQF Level 5 in Real Estate.

I am a member of Braintrust business School which provides relevant, informative, and up to date training in all areas of Real Estate.

The institute brings us up to date with changes in the industry such as legislation and Acts impacting the industry etc. One of the recent training attended was about POPI Compliance Act which came into effect in 2021.

“THE YEARS TEACH MUCH WHICH THE DAYS NEVER KNOW”. At times, life throws you a curve ball but the lesson learned is to grab a bat and hit it out of sight – out of the park. When it (life) throws you stones, twin them into gems.

Guide Homes has been admitted as a Home Builder(Property Developer) by the NHBRC.
